Katie is the fun but firm support you dream of for your business, but don't know for sure exists - but she does! I have been highly prone to overwork, and Katie helped me reduce my hours down to a relatively consistent 4-day workweek.
For everyone who is prone to overworking, even thinking this thought can be stressful, because "you don't have time". As working with Katie underlines, a lack of time is in reality lack of priorities. Changing habits that you have built, probably over years, will take time to change though, and it will not be easy.
